نشحن حالياً إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. بعض الوجهات الدولية الأخرى قد لا تتوفر حالياً نظراً لقيود شحن العطور جواً (مواد قابلة للاشتعال)، وسنعلن عن الوجهات الجديدة فور إتاحتها.
مدينة الرياض: 1–3 أيام عمل · باقي مدن ومناطق المملكة: 2–5 أيام عمل · دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: 5–10 أيام عمل. تُحسب المدة من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب. وفي حال تجاوز التسليم (15) يوماً من تاريخ الطلب دون اتفاق على مدة أطول، يحق لك إلغاء الطلب واسترداد كامل المبلغ وفقاً لنظام التجارة الإلكترونية.
تُعرض رسوم الشحن كاملة في صفحة إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع، ولا توجد أي رسوم إضافية غير معلنة. الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 500 ريال سعودي داخل المملكة.
تُشحن الطلبات خارج المملكة بنظام DAP، أي أن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب تُفرض في بلد الوجهة يتحملها العميل، وتُحصّل من قبل شركة الشحن أو الجهات الجمركية عند الاستلام.
نتحمل مسؤولية سلامة المنتج حتى استلامك له. في حال وصول المنتج تالفاً أو مكسوراً، يرجى إبلاغنا خلال (48) ساعة من الاستلام عبر [email protected] أو واتساب مرفقاً بصور واضحة للمنتج والعبوة الخارجية، وسنقوم باستبدال المنتج أو استرداد كامل المبلغ دون أي تكلفة عليك.
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك في أي وقت قبل شحنه واسترداد كامل المبلغ خلال 3–5 أيام عمل حسب إجراءات البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.
We currently ship across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC countries. Some other international destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to air-freight restrictions on fragrances (flammable goods). New destinations will be announced as they become available.
Riyadh: 1–3 business days · Other cities and regions in KSA: 2–5 business days · GCC countries: 5–10 business days. Times are counted from order confirmation. If delivery exceeds fifteen (15) days from the order date without an agreed longer period, you may cancel the order for a full refund in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
Full shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment. There are no hidden charges. Free shipping on orders over SAR 500 within Saudi Arabia.
Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia are sent on a DAP basis: any customs duties or taxes imposed in the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.
We remain responsible for your product until it is delivered to you. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via [email protected] or WhatsApp with clear photos of the product and outer packaging. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund, processed within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
