Returns & Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You may return a product within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in its original condition: sealed, unused, with the cellophane shrink-wrap intact, and with all original packaging contents.

Hygiene Exception

In accordance with the withdrawal-right provisions of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, products that cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons are excluded from returns. Accordingly, any fragrance that has been opened, used, or had its shrink-wrap removed cannot be returned or exchanged, to protect product integrity for all our customers.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we bear all return shipping costs and will exchange the item or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns meeting the conditions above, return shipping is borne by the customer. For defects or errors on our side, we cover it in full.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product; bank posting times may vary.
